PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Come join award winning Master Photographer, Rhea Lewis, as she guides you through the process of leveling up your photography skills by making the commitment to enter competition. This program will offer you guidance and education as you prepare your imagery prior to the PPGPB Guild Competition June 21, 2022. Rhea will go over the 12 elements of a MERIT print and give you a thorough understanding of how the judges score the prints. She will also review the PPA affiliate competition process and de-mystify the process of working towards your PPA degree and how that can help you improve your skills as a photographer and also help your business prosper. She will explain why competition is such an insightful way to receive the feedback you need to continue learning as an artist, and in order to provide your clients with the best possible work. She will share how competition has helped her and her business. Rhea will also critique images that are submitted prior to the program and provide feedback as to their potential use for competition, as well as offering helpful Photoshop tricks and tips that will win you points with the judges. Rhea is a firm believer in helpful and positive feedback, so don’t be shy!
NOTE: Members are encouraged to submit up to 5 images for Rhea to critique. Please email at rhea@rhealewisphotography.com no later than May 13th to be considered.
